CUSTOM PORTRAIT RETURNS

Due to the customized nature of the products we produce at Epic Anime Art, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you.

If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always endeavour to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.

If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

We offer unlimited edits to the photo you originally ordered. Unlimited revisions refer to small changes that can be done to the artwork. If you require a substantial change (e.g. new photo or costume/product change) then you have an option to either change the photo OR change the costume only once for an order. If you wish to use a third photo for your persona artwork, OR would want to change the design for the third time, our customer support team can send you an invoice of $10 that will cover the creation of the new artwork.

If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often begin work as soon as you have placed your order. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $10 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. If you do not follow our Photo Guide, we cannot offer any solution. It's your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. We do allow for notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to let us know about. However, we can't guarantee that special requests will be adhered to - for example we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile etc. We can however, remove red eye, edit eye color and other requests.

Please note that all examples on site were made from high quality, high resolution photos. Blurry, low quality photos will not allow our design team to produce the high quality finish you see on site.

Non-returnable items:

The digital products we offer for sale are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for support. You can reach us via email at support@epicanimeart.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. Consider that the card company can take from 5-12 days before the refund is reflected in your account. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your card company first. 

If you haven't received your refund after this, please contact us at support@epicanimeart.com.

Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, our product has fragile items that may get damaged in the shipping process.

If this is the case, Please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to send a picture showing the damaged item, the packaging, and the label. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier, which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages.

In this case, we can offer a replacement at no cost to you. Please remember that if you do not comply with these terms, we cannot offer a free replacement.

Claims by not delivered Items (if applicable)

The shipping guaranteed time is 50 days, as you can see in our shipping policy. Receive your order in 50 days or a full refund. (Why that much? Because we use the same policy worldwide, and some countries have a significant delay in their customs nowadays). You're more than welcome to contact us at support@epicanimeart.com to get assistance with your order.

If the customer is not happy regarding the shipping times, the customer is more than welcome to ask for a refund process, following our refund conditions mentioned before.

NOTE: DELAYS DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION COULD AFFECT THE SHIPPING TIME. We cannot predict when it will get delayed. We are giving the best of us to keep providing you with the best quality of service possible!

"Missing Item" (if applicable)

If you didn't receive the entire order, it could be for 2 reasons:

  • We sent the packages separately because of the maximum weight.
  • An item is missing due to a human mistake.

For both cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We will need some evidence that the order is not complete. So please attach a picture of what you received with the receipt.

With that information, we can evaluate the situation and take proper action.

Cancel Orders (if applicable)

If for any reason you want to cancel your order before we fulfill it, we can offer you a refund.

To cancel your order please contact our team as soon as possible, we recommend it within the first few hours after order placement due to our fast fulfillment process.

In this case, you'll receive your money (shipping included), but we have to keep X USD [This number is 0.15x Product price] of costs that are out of our hands, this includes payment gateway fees, operative costs, and others.

 

 

Coverage

The extended warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship that occur during the one-year warranty period. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Broken parts
  • Defective product
  • Manufacturing errors

Exclusions

The extended warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Damage caused by accidents or other acts of God
  • Normal wear and tear

Claims

To file a claim under the extended warranty, please contact Epic Anime Art customer service at support@epicanimeart.com We will need to verify the purchase of the extended warranty and the date of the defect. Once the claim is approved, we will ship you a replacement product.

Return Policy

The extended warranty is not refundable.

Purchase in Cart

You can purchase the extended warranty in your cart when you are checking out. Simply select the "Extended Warranty" checkbox and enter your payment information. The extended warranty will be added to your order.

Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an extended warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • The extended warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
  • The extended warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse.
  • The extended warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or other acts of God.
  • The extended warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • To file a claim under the extended warranty, you must contact Epic Anime Art customer service within two years of the date of the defect.

Epic Anime Art reserves the right to deny any claim that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of this extended warranty.
